Step 1: Let’s Get Started - Initial Inquiry

Booking with us begins on our website! Simply navigate to our “Let’s Get Started” button. This will take you to a basic form where you’ll provide us with some initial information about yourself, your pets, and the general services you’re interested in. This helps us get you into our system, ensure we service your area, and begin learning about you and your pet’s needs!

Step 2: Schedule Complimentary Meet & Greet

Once we receive your initial form, the next exciting step is to schedule your free, no-obligation Meet & Greet! Kaitlyn, the Founder of Pawsitivity Pet Services, will personally come to your home to meet you and your pet(s). During this visit, we are able to get more information on the services you require, answer any questions you may have and meet your furry, scaly or finned family members in their familiar environment.

Step 3: Complete our Forms 

Prior to your Meet & Greet, we’ll provide you with more comprehensive paperwork to fill out. This detailed information is crucial for us to provide the best care possible. You’ll be able to share all the important details about your household  access, your pet’s specific care instructions (feeding schedules, medication administration, any quirks or preferences), emergency contacts, and anything that will help us provide a safe and comfortable experience for your pet.

Step 4: Access Your Online Portal - Precise Pet Care

Following the Meet & Greet, you’ll gain access to our online portal, Precise Pet Care! This platform can be accessed via any browser, or you can download the app! This portal will become your central hub for everything Pawsitivity Per Services! Through the portal you can: 

• Book Visits: Simply request the dates and times you need pet care.

• Securely Pay Invoices: Manage payments electronically with ease.

• Stay Informed with Journal Updates: Read detailed reports from your pet sitter every visit.

• Keep Care Instructions Current: Easily update any changes to your pet’s routine or needs.

• View Past and Future Bookings: Stay organized with your pet care schedule.

Step 5: Finding the Perfect Pet Sitter Match

At Pawsitivity Pet Services, we take pride in our dedicated team of local pet lovers - all residents of Loudoun County! Once you’re ready to book visits, our team carefully considers your location and all the detailed information you provided about your pet to determine the best Pet Care Specialist matches. Our goal is to place your pet with Pet Care Specialists who are a great fit for their personality and needs.

Step 6: Your Primary Sitter and Backup Support

We understand the importance of consistency and building a trusting relationship. That’s why we strive to assign each client a primary Pet Care Specialist who will be your go-to for most visits. However, above all else, we work as a team! All of our Pet Care Specialists are trained by our experienced Team Leads and are Pet First Aid and CPR Certified. That being said, in addition to a primary Pet Care Specialist, we determine secondary and tertiary sitters for your pet as well. If we deem necessary, we go one step further and have a new sitter go with a familiar sitter to a scheduled visit ahead of time, at no cost to you, prior to them going to their first visit with your pet on our own. Step 7: You’ve Booked Services - Now What?

2-Hour Arrival Windows

To provide Pet Care Specialists with efficient routes while accommodating various schedules, we book visits with 2-hour arrival windows of your selection. This means your Pet Care Specialist will arrive at a time within your chosen timeframe.

Real Time Updates and Peace of Mind

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. You’ll receive a notification through Precise Pet Care when the Pet Care Specialist selects “on the way” to your home, giving you a real-time heads up on their arrival.

Detailed Visit Journals and GPS Tracking

During each visit, our Pet Care Specialists utilize a timer and GPS tracking through Precise Pet Care. This ensures transparency and accountability. Furthermore, after every visit, your Pet Care Specialist will create a detailed journal entry right in the app. This report will depict in writing and in photos everything that occurred during the visit, including:

• All completed tasks (walks, playtime, etc.)

• Feeding details

• Medication administration

• Water refills

• Lock-up confirmations with photos to assure your home is secure

• And more!

This comprehensive journal provides you with a complete picture of your pet’s care.
