Kaitlyn
Hi! I’m Kaitlyn, the owner of Pawsitivity Pet Services. I feel so lucky because I have the best job in the world; I get to spend my days helping care for animals.
I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I got my first dog, Teddy, on my 12th birthday and I knew right away that I wanted to work with animals. I started Pawsitivity because my own dog means the world to me, and I wanted to give that same care to other people’s pets when they can’t be there.
As the owner, I lead the company and make sure every pet gets the best care possible. I believe in always learning and growing; I graduated from the Canine Training and Behavior Specialist program at the Animal Behavior Institute, I’ve also studied things like dog nutrition and dog behavior. I’m certified in Pet First Aid and CPR, and I’ve completed the 10,000 Small Businesses Program through Goldman Sachs to become a better business owner.
Over the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of animals—dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, chickens, ducks, fish, and more. I live in Leesburg and I’m proud to care for pets in my community.

Kristy
Hi I'm Kristy! I am an Operations Coordinator here at Pawsitivity! I grew up with dogs and can't imagine my life without at least 2. I am married with two kiddos, and right now we share the house with 3 dogs and 3 cats. This is the most we have had so far and it's been wonderful, albeit chaotic at times.
Fun fact: When I took a test in high school on what to be when I grew up, I was told I should be a farmer. The closest I got to that was owning chickens for a bit!

Zena
Hi I'm Zena! I'm an Operations Lead here at Pawsitivity! I am married with 4 kids and a tiny toy poodle named Zoey, full house and I love it! Growing up, we always had animals including hamsters, rabbits, fish, cats, and a Welsh Corgi named Sassy. I'm originally from West Virginia, but recently we've made Virginia our home. I'm experienced on the business side of things and I am excited to ensure our clients and pets are always taken care of!

Brooke
Hi, I'm Brooke! I am team lead with Pawsitivity Pet Services! I am a native of Loudoun County and live near Waterford with my husband, 3 children, and 2 adorable rescue dogs. I am currently entering my 21st year of teaching elementary school. I really enjoy spending time with my dogs, so I thought this would be a perfect part-time job for me. I have experience taking care of dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, and goats. I am looking forward to meeting your amazing pets and spending time with them.

Jessica
Hi, I'm Jessica! I am a Team Lead at Pawsitivity Pet Services! I have lived most of my life in Loudoun County and currently reside in Leesburg with my husband and three teen sons. Roxie, our English bull dog, is the princess of our home. Animals, especially dogs and llamas, have always been a special part of my life! When I am not caring for your animals, you can find me cheering on my sons at sporting events, volunteering in the schools, walking outdoors, or helping companies with their marketing needs. I look forward to meeting your animals and giving them lots of love!

Karen
Hi, I'm Karen! I am not only a Pet Care Specialist, but an admin as well. I lived in Lansdowne for the past 12 years before recently downsizing to Ashburn with my husband and 8 year old leopard gecko Zeus. I have taken care of animals of all shapes and sizes for the past 20 years and have owned many wonderful pets, namely 3 incredible westies. I truly enjoy caring for all types of pets to include: Dogs, cats, reptiles, guniea pigs and other small animals, fish and birds. I have an extra soft spot and compassion for senior friends yet also have the patience and energy level for those in training. Every walk will be an adventure and every drop in will be full of TLC. I look forward to making a difference in your pets day while you are away!

Kelly
Hi! I am Kelly. Originally from Rochester, NY, I have lived in Northern VA for 13 years. In 2021, my husband, 2 daughters and pup moved from Arlington. We are now lucky to call Leesburg home! I love animals and growing up, we had bunnies, fish, and dogs. Currently, we just have our rescue pup, who is a big cuddle bug. I look forward to meeting and taking care of your precious fur babies.

Angela

I have experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and I’m committed to making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and well-exercised. Joanie
Hi, I’m Joanie, a natural born Cat Lady who has owned 9 felines in my lifetime (so far) and adored them all. I got my first kitten at age 6 and became the go-to cat sitter for our neighbors starting at age 13. I currently have two orange tabbies, Dougal and Fergie. Five years ago, I adopted a Beagle-Boxer mix puppy for my husband who grew up with both cats and dogs in the home. Due to my flexible work schedule, I ended up doing most of the initial puppy care and training myself. Lexi and I had to figure it out together, and now she’s my loyal walking buddy and couch cuddler. ln addition to my trio of 4-legged children, I have 2 teenaged boys of the human variety. I am looking forward to giving your fur babies lots of love and attention.

Josephine
Hi, I'm Josephine! My bio is coming soon.

Keeley
Hello, my name is Keeley! Growing up, I always dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, which led me to gain over 5 years of experience working at a veterinary clinic and volunteering with the humane society. Additionally, I have had the privilege of gaining extensive experience pet sitting for a wide range of animals. While my career path has changed, my passion for animals has remained the same. I truly enjoy caring for pets and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away.

Makenna
Hi, I’m Makenna! I’m a Leesburg native. I live with and deeply cherish my senior dog, Macy, and my two young cats, Tilly and Juniper. I’m currently working on completing my college education. Most of my career has been spent working with kids, so I’m excited I get to be able to take care of your “fur-babies”! I also have a bit of experience with fish, rodents, lizards and even a few hermit crabs I owned as a kid. In my free time, you can find me listening to music and going to concerts, spending time in nature, or hanging out with my loved ones.

Martha
Hi, I'm Martha! I'm a Northern Virginia native and currently live near Philomont. I've always been an animal lover and have become quite the advocate for rescues. My most recent work has been equine assisted therapy, and while I've taken many different career paths over the years, my utmost favorite has always been pet sitting and dog walking. Dogs are just the best, you know? (Of course, you do!) That's what brought me to Pawsitivity Pet Services. I look forward to getting to know your fur babies of all varieties.

Millie
Hi! My name is Millie. I retired from the Federal Government (USAF) in April of 2021 where I held a top-secret clearance for 10+ years. Prior to my government work, I worked for an adult Neurology group as Practice Manager for 10+ years. I have two daughters and 4 grandchildren that keep me active! My husband and I live in Leesburg and participate in local organizations. Since retirement, I have been looking for something fun to do with some of my extra time. I love all animals and have had lots of pets over the years. I’ve raised dogs, cats, rabbits, hermit crabs, turtles, hamsters, and fish just to name a few. I look forward to taking care of your pets and will treat them as if they were my own with love, kindness and compassion.

Misty
Hi, I'm Misty! I have lived in Leesburg for 10 years with my family and dog. I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Pets I've had in the pets include dogs, snakes, a lizard, fish and a bird.

Rhonda
Hi, I'm Rhonda! I've been an animal lover for many years. I have owned many dogs and cats. I have been a home health RN for over 20 years and am looking forward to doing home care for animals!

Robin
Hello! I'm Robin! I've been a NoVa resident my whole life. I'm currently attending NoVa Community College. I have a special soft spot for giant breeds and have experience caring for elderly or disabled critters. I have grown up with a pack of mastiffs since preschool! I was a sectionally competitive figure skater for most of my teenage years and for the past four years served as a Linda Paley-Hume award winning team captain. I've volunteered at FOHA (friends of homeless animals) for almost a year now as a cat sitter and dog walker, as well as grown up spending lots of time caring for various barn animals on my grandfather's farm. All the critters I've met have been loved and special in some way, they always seem to bring us silly humans down to earth and humble us. I can't wait to meet your furry (or feathery!) children!

Simone
Hi, I'm Simone! I'm a Virginia Tech alum and lifelong animal lover of all kinds. I have two pups of my own at home, so I understand that pets are family, and I'll always treat them that way. I'm excited to be a friendly face to your pets, and build a bond with them during our time together!

Tina
Hi, I'm Tina! I live in Cascades with my husband, our two daughters, and our two adorable rescue dogs. I’ve always loved the outdoors and animals, is the perfect combination for me! I’m really looking forward to meeting your pets and getting to know them (and you) better!
