• Comprehensive Skill-Building: During onboarding, every new team member must successfully complete a rigorous core curriculum through our online training software, focusing on Safe Handling, Dog Walking Basics, and Canine Health and Wellness. These courses ensure our specialists can master calm interactions, maintain safety on walks, and identify subtle signs of health needs.

• Safety & Emergency Readiness: To ensure the safety of your animal family, our staff also completes a First Aid and CPR for Pets certification through ProPet Hero. This gives the ultimate peace of mind that your sitter is prepared to act confidently and correctly in any situation.

We believe that professional development is ongoing. Our team has opportunities to enroll in elective courses to further sharpen their skills throughout their time with us. This extensive training ensures that whether we are caring for horses, reptiles, or managing a senior dog’s medication, our staff has the technical foundation to handle it with confidence.
