How We Work

New Client Consultation

We learn your pet’s routine, supplies, and preferences before service begins. Meet-and-greets are free when scheduled with the owner; meeting your assigned Pet Care Specialist is available for $25.

Client Portal & Visit Journals

Schedule visits, message your sitter, and view GPS-tracked report cards with photos, a walk map, and notes after each visit.

PLEASE NOTE:
We require that our client's book in two hour arrival windows. Our first available time block is between 7 - 9am and our last available time block is between 6 - 8pm.

Community Impact
